Club Level perks, impressive views, central location
The outdated facilities could use a serious refresh!!! The room service is overpriced and portion sizes are less than satisfying, making local dining a more appealing option!!! The carpets seem worn and uninviting, not quite up to par.

Couples seeking relaxation
Everyone at the place was super cute,, especially the staff at breakfast, they made our mornings feel special with their hospitality and the fine view from the 45th floor. I loved trying my limited Japanese with them,, and they really appreciated it, turning my awkward attempts into warm smiles.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the overall experience made it worth it.

The Club Level experience was exceptional, with a stunning view and high-quality regional snacks available throughout the day. The staff provided attentive service, making afternoons enjoyable. the wait times during check-in and breakfast were frustratingly long, and the room, while comfortable, had signs of age with less-than-ideal bathroom fixtures. the inconsistent communication at the front desk led to unnecessary complications during stay extensions.

Modern and elegant rooms made for an enjoyable stay, with plentiful offerings in the lounge. Conveniently close to Shinjuku Station, making access to shopping and dining effortless.
Ambiguities at the front desk caused inconveniences during our check-in and room transition, leading to frustrating wait times and a less-than-ideal service experience.
